Augusto Tocci, starting as a young researcher and director of the Sant’Angelo in Vado Center, with the help of Pino has gained an international experience.
While Pino, from an empirical practitioner with the support of Tocci, has turned into a real truffle hunter and also a great breeder of truffle dogs.
